PROGRAM SIHAT ITU STYLE 1.0

UMPSA implements the Healthy Lifestyle Program in two phases to promote holistic health and well-being among the campus community. The first phase focuses on raising awareness of healthy lifestyles through activities such as aerobics, health talks, basic health screenings (BMI, blood pressure, glucose checks), and campaigns on healthy eating and mental well-being.

PROGRAM SIHAT ITU STYLE 2.0 : ASAP OFF, HIKE ON!

 Building on the first phase, Program 2.0 introduces more interactive and physical activities, including hiking (ASAP OFF, HIKE ON!), fitness challenges, and community-based wellness initiatives.
