ALTERNATIVE WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CERRM)

Alternative water resource management such as rain water, underground water and treated waste water has long been the focus of research at the Centre of Earth Resource Research and Management (CERRM).  Continuous research carried out at CERRM, which are efforts taken to improve the system of managing the water treatment system, has brought about many new discoveries. It includes an environment-friendly water filter that can produce water of the best quality from a source that is hardly tapped in the country – underground water and rain water that can be treated into drinking water.  Besides that, the latest system to monitor the quality of river water and treated waste water via online is underway. It is being carried out with the cooperation from University of Seoul, Korea.
