UMP is committed in its research and commercialisation activities in the automotive and green technology fields with works carried out at its Automotive Engineering Centre (AEC) and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FKM). UMP also has its own Automotive Research Team that focuses on research and offers strategic cooperation with related industries.
