FRUIT ORCHARD

UMP has its own fruits orchard with a total area of 0.85 hectares (2.1 acres). This project is a good example of staff involvement by contributing money or seedlings to be grown for education and research for the benefit of future generations. A total number of 49 fruit trees had been planted in the first stage of the development of the fruits orchard. The types of fruits planted at the orchard include mangos, durian and jack fruit.
