Planning: Identify key areas of research to focus on and secure funding for these research projects. Each research needs to tag along with sustainability keyword. Use research management system to organize and plan research application proposal, evaluation proses, research activities, manage funding, and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
Implementation: Provide funding and support for research projects, ensuring researchers have the necessary resources. Utilize digital grant management systems to streamline the funding process and keep track of research projects.
Monitoring: Track the progress of research project, expenses and output of the KPI. Employ project monitoring tools to monitor the numbers of scholarly publications produced, number of postgraduate student and other KPIs.
Evaluation: Evaluate the impact and quality of the publications on sustainability. Use citation analysis tools and peer review systems to assess the reach and impact of the research.
