UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA PAHANG WATER CONSUMPTION IN 2019
Measurement and analysis of water consumption in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) are conducted every month in both campuses, according to the water volume measured by Pengurusan Air Pahang Berhad (PAIP).

For watering purposes, recycled water is used as an initiative of water conservation. In brief, water from the lake is pumped, and the amount of water reuse at Lanskap Rumah Pump is monitored.

RECYCLED WATER ABLUTION SYSTEM
The recycled Water Ablution System is located at Masjid UMP Gambang Campus. The recycled water is used for watering the UMP nursery plant. The system consists of pre-filtration and retention tank before the water tank.
DRINKING WATER
UMP provides free drinking water for the students, staff, and visitors. There are numerous locations equipped with free drinking water. The water from the main supply is treated before being supplied as drinking water.
