ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

UMPSA has established the Sexual Harassment Case Handling Guidelines, which serve as a reference for managing and addressing cases related to sexual harassment within the university community. Matters related to anti-discrimination are also incorporated within these guidelines, ensuring that all cases are handled in a fair, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner.

The guidelines emphasise the university’s commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, while ensuring that any form of harassment or discrimination is addressed through appropriate procedures and mechanisms in accordance with established university policies.
