STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL

MPP ELECTION 2024/2025
A total of 17 general seat candidates and 31 faculty seat candidates contested for 8 general seats and 19 faculty seats. In the announcement of the election results by the Chairman of the Student Representative Council Election Commission, Brother Muhammad Muaz Zaeef Mohd Zailani, the Faculty of Industrial Management had the highest voter turnout percentage at 72.12%, followed by the Faculty of Science and Industrial Technology with 68.27%.

STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL OF UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA PAHANG AL-SULTAN ABDULLAH
The Student Representative Council of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah consists of 27 selected students who are elected through an official student vote during the student representative council election. For the 2024/2025 session, the UMPSA Student Representative Council is led by Muhammad Haykal Halid from the Faculty of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering Technology. The UMPSA SRC consists of 3 main departments: the Communications & Corporate Department, the Student Development Department, and the Student Services Department.

NATIONAL STUDENT CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL (MAJLIS PERUNDINGAN PELAJAR KEBANGSAAN, MPPK)

President of Student Representative Council of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah has elected as President for The National Student Consultative Council (Majlis Perundingan Pelajar Kebangsaan, MPPK). This council is a platform in Malaysia that brings together representatives from various universities across the country. Its main purpose is to act as a channel for student leaders to discuss and provide input on policies, issues, and initiatives that affect students at the national level. MPPK serves as a consultative body to the government and educational authorities, ensuring that the voices and concerns of students are heard in decision-making processes.
