Management of the reception of complaints/information regarding criminal misconduct as well as violations of conduct and organizational ethics to ensure that efficient and effective action is taken based on the received information.

DETECTION AND VERIFICATION
Actions against criminal misconduct as well as violations of conduct and organizational ethics that are received and subsequently ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Ensuring the best governance practices are implemented while addressing integrity issues, particularly those related to criminal misconduct and violations of conduct and organizational ethics.

COMPLIANCE
Monitoring and regulation of laws and regulations related to anti-corruption, integrity, and governance to ensure that corrective actions, system improvements, and work procedures are properly implemented.
