UMPSA's Integrity and Compliance Unit plays a central role in strengthening institutional integrity by overseeing complaint management, governance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and integrity enhancement programmes. The unit supports transparency, accountability, and ethical practices across all university operations.

2. Policy on the Management of Receiving or Giving Gifts, Hospitality, and Sponsorships for UMPSA
UMPSA has established a Policy on the Management of Receiving or Giving Gifts, Hospitality, and Sponsorships as part of its anti-corruption and integrity framework. The policy provides clear guidelines for staff on the ethical, transparent, and accountable management of gifts, hospitality, and sponsorships in compliance with integrity standards and anti-corruption regulations. Its implementation strengthens good governance practices, promotes transparency, and helps prevent conflicts of interest within the university community.

3. Whistleblower Policy
Whistleblower Policy as part of UMPSA'S anti-corruption and integrity framework. The policy establishes a formal and secure mechanism for members of the university community and relevant stakeholders to report misconduct, corruption, abuse of power, or regulatory violations in a safe, confidential, and protected manner. Its implementation strengthens transparency, accountability, ethical conduct, and good governance across the university.

4. Guidelines on Handling Sexual Harassment Cases

This initiative supports continuous improvement in service delivery, strengthens accountability, and ensures timely resolution of complaints in accordance with good governance and integrity practices within the university.
