5.3.1  Indicator: Tracking access measures

The Centre (PPK) does implement selection or admission process based specifically on gender. All applicants are considered based on merit and fulfilment of the programme’s eligibility requirements as determined by the university, no bias on gender selection. 

Information such as gender and other relevant demographic details of registered students are collected and securely stored. This data is used solely for institutional reporting, monitoring diversity, and supporting evidence-based planning to promote inclusivity and equal opportunity for all students, regardless of gender or background.

UMPSA provides an online verification link for applicants to check their admission offer status. This system allows transparency in the admission process and enables applicants to confirm their acceptance easily.

The link is made accessible to the public during the active admission period. Once the admission cycle is closed, the system will no longer be accessible to ensure data protection and system maintenance. It will be reopened for use during the next admission session.
