Water Efficient Appliances Usage

Water appliances efer to devices and fixtures that use water for various purposes, such as:

  1. Faucets - Used for dispensing water in kitchens and bathrooms.
  2. Showers and Showerheads - for bathing purposes.
  3. Toilets - Plumbing fixtures for waste disposal, using water to flush.
  4. Irrigation Systems - Used in gardens and farms for watering plants.
  5. Timer – for setting time for watering plants

In UMPSA 80% of appliances is using water-efficient appliances to replace conventional appliances. This regulation applied to all our new project development.

UMPSA has systematic irrigation system. All planting site has its own system and operated automatically.
We used water tapping and do regularly checking to avoid any leakages in all facilities.
Using timer to watering plant can save water and cost. Watering plants occur at different time for each area to avoid water pressure problem. Sources for watering is from the nearest Lake. 
We are using Dual Toilet Economy Flush in our toilet. We educate our user be wise in water consumption.
Most of the water tap using the push button efficient type to control and minimized water used.
