CARBON FOOTPRINT

As developing campuses, UMPSA facing slight of increasing of electricity usage, due to construction works inside the campus. There is still on development building and the numbers of people in UMP keep on increasing toward of the development occurs. Every building need electricity, that the fact that can`t deny, due to this factors UMP will facing slight increment of electricity bills monthly. 

3.58 MWp Solar system installation in UMPSA, Pekan began on May 2023, expected complition on 31 October 2023 Pekan. Solar panel been installed on the roof top dan 159 kWp were installed at Lake A UMPSA Pekan. Electricity generation from solar is expected to be up to 4,467,117 kWh per year.
