13 - 15 July 2021: The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) training course is an inventive problem solving process, widely applied in various fields and giant companies, from engineering to management and business. The condition to become a certified consultant is to attend the Level 1 & 2 Certified Practitioner Course. Includes 4 solution phases: The first phase, identifying the cause of the problem (functional analysis); The second phase, modeling the problem (physical contradiction); The third phase, choosing an inventive problem solving tool (space or time separation method); and the fourth Phase, modeling specific solutions (inventive principles).
