UMPSA has adopted a proactive, data-driven approach to energy management in line with its sustainability and efficiency goals. Electricity consumption is monitored monthly across all campuses to identify significant energy wastage, with analysis conducted by a certified UMPSA energy manager.
Using internal kWh meters, systematic data collection, and year-over-year performance tracking, UMPSA is able to analyze real-time consumption patterns, detect anomalies, and pinpoint inefficiencies within its infrastructure. With this ongoing energy consumption monitoring, UMPSA has achieved a measurable reduction in electricity usage.
